Natalia María Pacheco-Tallaj

I am an incoming UC President's Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, working with Professor Constaintin Teleman. In 2026, I received my PhD in Mathematics at MIT under Mike Hopkins. Before that, I was a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Copenhagen until 2021, working with Soren Galatius.

I'm interested in the interplay between algebraic topology, (derived) algebraic geometry, and problems in quantum matter and supersymmetric field theory. I am also interested in applied geometry, specifically to problems in computer graphics and physics simulation. I was a Research Scientist Intern at the Adobe 3D Graphics and Interactive Design Lab in the summers 2024 and 2025.

This website design is not at all due to me, I emulated Piet Terheyden, whose blog I found browsing Awwwards, and all the artistic credit should go to him.
